My Story
Hi! My name is Ashley Hammer. I was born and raised in East Tennessee. I love anything involving the outdoors! I am a wife and mother to a beautiful toddler. I have been in the birth world since April 2018. I have always loved everything about pregnancy and birth! The works of the body to create and birth a new human amazes me! I was drawn to birth work after I went on a mission trip to Haiti in 2012. My heart broke when I learned of the conditions of the birthing women and the lack of prenatal/infant care they have. My career goal is to be a midwife, but being a doula is the perfect start. I absolutely love attending mothers and other family members as their family grows! Yehovah gets all the praise for this incredible journey I am on!

What I Do
Prenatal Visits
After beginning our relationship with a meet and greet, as your doula I am committed to your health and the wellbeing of your growing family, available whenever needed throughout your entire pregnancy as well as after giving birth. I will be there to provide you with continuous emotional and physical support, and answer any and all questions you may have.
Birthing Guidance
Get extra personal support throughout the entirety of your birthing journey. As a Doula, I promise to offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during, and after birth. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and offer any support needed.
Postpartum Support
From our initial meeting all the way through your pregnancy and delivery, I take the time to get to know you, your concerns and your needs. I’m always available to contact by phone/email throughout and will provide everything you require to make sure your experience is as calm and positive as possible.

We strive to give you evidence-based education and support so you can make the best decision for you and your baby. We are Christ-centered and provide spiritual support, as well as, physical and emotional support during this precious stage in your life. We believe everything about your birth story is your decision, and it should be peaceful, empowered, and sacred. From the moment pregnancy begins, we want to be there for you!
